These terms apply to treatments provided by Si Glam Glow, trading as New Jersey Facial, and to the use of this website.

Appointments

Appointments are booked by telephone. We will ask a few questions before booking so that the treatment matches your skin; if we think a different treatment suits you better, we will say so.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You are free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, or if you do not arrive, we may charge for the reserved time — a missed appointment cannot be given to anyone else at short notice.

If you are running late, call us. We will fit you in where we can, but a treatment that starts late may have to be shortened so the following client is not delayed.

Payment

Payment is taken at the studio at the time of your appointment. No deposit is required to book, and no payment is taken through this website.

Prices

Prices are not published on this site because several treatments are priced according to what is actually involved. We will tell you the price on the phone before you book, and it will not change afterwards without your agreement.

Health, suitability and results

You must tell us about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication and any recent treatments. Some conditions and medications rule out particular treatments, and we rely on what you tell us to keep you safe.

Our treatments are cosmetic. They are not medical procedures, they are not a substitute for medical care, and nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a skin condition that needs diagnosis, please see a doctor or dermatologist — and we will tell you when we think that is the right course.

Results vary from person to person. We will give you an honest view of what a treatment is likely to achieve for your skin, but we cannot and do not guarantee a specific outcome.

Right to decline

We may decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is not safe or not appropriate for you. If that happens you will not be charged for it.

Gift vouchers

Where issued, gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please mention a voucher when booking.

This website

The content of this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current as best we can, but treatments, availability and details can change. Text, photographs and design on this site belong to Si Glam Glow and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, where the studio is located.
