Breakout Treatment
Anti-Acne Facial
For skin that is actively breaking out. Thorough, patient extractions and ingredients chosen to calm inflammation rather than strip the skin and make next week worse.
What it actually is
Clearing skin is patient work, not aggressive work.
The instinct with breakouts is to attack them — strip the oil, scrub the surface, dry everything out. It works for about three days, and then skin that has been stripped of its barrier overcompensates and produces more oil than it started with. That cycle is why a lot of people have been fighting the same breakouts for years.
This appointment goes the other way. Skin is softened properly first so that extractions can be done without force, congestion is cleared thoroughly rather than quickly, and what goes on afterwards is chosen to bring inflammation down and leave the barrier intact.
Ninety minutes sounds long for a facial. Most of that time is the extraction work, and it is the part that cannot be rushed without leaving marks.
The appointment
90 minutes, start to finish.
Look properly
Under magnification, because what looks like one problem is often two — congestion and inflammation need different handling.
Soften first
Warm steam and a gentle enzyme loosen everything. Forcing extractions on unprepared skin is what causes scarring.
Extract
The long part. Congestion is cleared methodically, and we stop before the skin is traumatised rather than pushing for one more.
Calm it down
A cooling mask, targeted actives, and protection. You leave calmer than the extractions alone would suggest.
Why people rebook it
What you should reasonably expect.
Genuinely clearer skin
Congestion that topicals cannot reach gets physically removed. That is the part you cannot do at home.
Less inflammation
Redness and angry-looking spots settle rather than being dried out and left flaking.
Barrier left intact
You are not stripped raw, so your skin is not rebounding with more oil in a week.
A plan you can keep
Honest advice on what to use, which is usually fewer products than you own now.
Being straight with you
When this is the right call — and when it isn't.
A good fit if
- You are getting regular breakouts along the jaw, chin or forehead
- Blackheads and congestion keep coming back however much you cleanse
- Products have made your skin worse and you want to reset
- You want a short course rather than a lifelong routine sold to you
Probably not, if
- You have severe cystic acne — that needs a dermatologist first, and we will say so
- You are on isotretinoin, or finished it within the last six months
- The main issue is old scarring rather than active breakouts
We would genuinely rather move you onto the right treatment than take the booking for this one.
